Who's behind this

I've spent a career on the hook for real work getting done.

I'm Łukasz. For sixteen years I ran operations as a COO and general manager — scaling EdTech, FinTech, iGaming, trading and crypto companies through growth and through cuts. The unglamorous part: making the thing actually function, and making the hard calls when it didn't.

When AI got good enough to build with, I stopped managing the people who'd build the systems and started architecting the systems myself. Odrabiamy is the clearest proof: budget forced a hard team cut, so I rebuilt the output with AI — and the numbers went up, not down.
